Bug/Issue fatal error at startup, please help?

I've had no issues with this game since I bought it through Steam and the other day I went to launch the game and it came up with an error report. I uninstalled all of my mods, and that changed nothing. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but still no help. Can someone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? I'd really appreciate the help.
