Bug/Issue Farm Animals Upset?

I was in my coop with my chickens, and a monster attacks me. Using it's ability, it somehow hit my chicken and mooshi. Now all my animals won't produce, and they've got that gray swirly above their head every so often, leading me to believe they're upset now - is this normal? Is there a way to fix this? The monster that did it is dead, but they won't stop being upset. There's a picture here to show what I mean by the gray swirly.
