Resolved Extremely low fps

    Dear Devs
    I have a little problem. You see, yesterday I bought Starbound, and at the start of a new game I've got extreme low fps in game (literally a slide show). I tryed everything: all combinations of settings; reboting my computer; deactivating vsync in confyg file; playing 32-bit version; even reinstoling. I've lost all my hope! If you, or somebody, know how to fix this please tall me!
    My computer specs:
    CPU: Intel Core i5-2410M
    RAM: 4GB
    Video card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M
    OS: Windows 7 64bit
    (sorry for my grammar, english is not my first language)

    You're on a notebook aren't you? What power settings are active (power save, balanced, max performance)?

    Yeap, notebook. Balanced settings.

    Checked, max performance mode gave same resolts

    Are you using any mods? If yes which ones?
    What is your cpu and ram usage when running starbound?

    He's playing it without mods as he said few posts above.
    It's also bugging me why he's lagging despite having a good settings.

    In main menu:
    CPU: 35% average
    RAM: 2.8 GB total and 0.5 GB game only
    In game:
    CPU: 70% average
    RAM: 3.4 GB total and 1.3 GB game only

    Do you have access to the gpu usage too? Vram usage would also be interesting.

    Is there some sort of power save mode activated for your gpu by the driver (check nvidia system controls)? Speaking of the driver...is it up to date?

    Closing and marking as resolved. Updating the drivers fixed the issue.
