Extremely Inconvenient Issue With Starbound

The Issue That I Have

So, I buy this game and I am extremely excited to get into it, I open it and the game works completely fine... For my other computer.

I have two computers, both Windows 10. The first one is a laptop, and the other is a PC, The Starbound Version on my laptop like I said, works fine, But on my PC...I get this error:

Pressing "OK" gives me the "Starbound has stopped responding" message.

I have tried many things, such as Compatibility Mode, Administrator Mode, Reinstalling Steam, Reinstalling Starbound, and many, many others. I have read many threads addressing this issue, none of them (except one) helped.

The weird thing is, If I run Starbound without Steam, Starbound runs properly. So it seems that Steam is not recognizing something in the files that gives it the "Fatal Error". Since I have Characters from my other computer I really need Steam Cloud, and this is why this thread is called an inconvenience.

Any help on this will be much appreciated.
