so me and my two hylotl friends got together and we decided to do some exploring together. here we are. from right to left its, Juno(me), Waterfish, and Pontus. we decided to try playing in a band. after that we took a small break. and we are off at last! one of our stops was the new midnight planet. we decided it was very very cursed. thats all for now, but i will add more screenshots when i am able.
That's the way starbound should be played, with friends, alone is only good for building your ship and things like that. I play with my floran friend (and sometimes a Hylotl) but yeah, looks like you guys are having quite an adventure together.
update! we found a crystal(prism?) biome, i just had to take a picture of this rainbow light. further along the way, we found a person encased in crystal.
another update! back on the interstellar trail, one of our stops brought us to a village full of frog people. our next stop brought us to a frozen planet, where we witnessed an avalanche. after that, we got out our hoverbikes and went for a drive. next up, we found a glitch castle, we were forced to fight to survive, but we made sure not to hurt any of the non-combatant glitch. thats all for now. i will update again when i can.
well here i am again with more screenshots. here we are clearing our inventories in preparation of our adventure. here me and waterfish are discussing the fact that my pistol is longer than most rifles. here me and waterfish are discussing how on midnight planets, its sometimes hard to tell the difference between foreground and background. this has lead to alot of fall damage. waterfish has to attempt every challenge dimension we run across, i usually wait outside. tomb raiding! we found a rather pleasant woman underground. and finally after many days and exhaustive hours of searching, we finally found a cell biome. thats all for now. take care all.
The flesh biome, I just can't with this thing, I once played Saya no Uta, and now i'm traumatized forever
I call the flesh/cell biomes "period biomes" because all I see is red, and red, and red, and red... and fleshy bits. That and it is all gross and bloody. I am justified.
These are some pretty sweet adventures you've got. I should probably do more multiplayer, it looks awesome.
On the launcher there should be an option to launch the starbound server. You will need something like hamachi or evolve aswell.
