Exile??

Anyone old enough to remember an Amiga game called Exile? Bloody hard and I never got anywhere near to completing it but damn I spent hours playing it. Anywho I don't know if there is such a thing in SB but a jet pack would be cool.

 

Heard of it, but never played it....>< The only thing I have heard was the name in relation to games... And really don't remember anything of it beyond that.

 

Peh, jet packs are way too generic and lame. Starbound needs rocket boots. :]

 

Yes but that would mean using your precious leg armour slot, the back slot would be better as at the moment I only have a lantern on a stick and a barrel of rum (that does nothing at all).

 

wouldn't it be better if it was made as a toggleable tech?

i mean both the jetpack and powered in-line skates.

 

The barrel does nothing, but the lantern actually lights a bit up around the holder. But the back slot would be best for alternate items, unless they make a higher upgrade to armor that has some extra abilities attached to it as well.
