EventsSeen ID, and events not triggering

...the things I do for (2d) love.

first of all, if this is inappropriate, by all means please lock this thread.

So I had a problem regarding certain events not triggering, and...I guess I'm curious and impatient (and ConcernedApe surely has a lot in his hands right now!), I'm.....trying to find the solution myself.

Based on another topic, which is based on ConcernedApe's words himself, is that events not triggering can be solved by digging through one's save file, search for <EventsSeen>, and delete the <int>#</int> to reset the particular event.

From here, it's derived that :

<int>992253</int> is Leah's 6 hearts event
<int>54</int> is Leah's 10 hearts event.
<int>6</int> is Abigail's 10 hearts event.

.....so why not try and find the one I'm looking for.

So here's the ones ID-ed in my savefile (not all, definitely).
The order here will be different per user, the bottom was the latest I'd experienced in the game.

Anyone willing / curious enough to help me?

I deleted 44 and 46 and both Penny and Sam's 2 heart events got restarted, so it's either one of those.

That said, triggering Alex's 6 heart event adds more than one <int>--
In this case it's either <int>71</int> or <int>76</int>, which I already have in my save file (as seen above).

Deleting the 76 gives me both 71 and 76, together with the 2119820.

So...............I don't know what's happening. And whether if 71 and 76 is another event entirely. But at least I got my event.

Still. Keeping it here, in case it might help someone ._.

Aaah some event IDs. I needed these, thanks. I don't have the time to find these myself. It would be amazing if CA could provide a key for us so we know what's what.

 

I got some more IDs, as Leah glitched for me and Haley glitched for a friend. So, in case anyone needs it...

Leah's first event is <int>50</int>
Leah's second event is <int>51</int>
Haley's first event is <int>11</int>
Haley's second event is <int>12</int>
Haley's third event is <int>13</int>

As you mighta noticed, they go in numerical order, so I suspect they all do the same. So if you know one of the other events... you can maybe find it by deducting or adding what you need.

 

I kinda wonder if that really is Sebastian... mostly because all the other events are double digits and (as with Leah and Haley) in numerical order.

Maybe it is, or maybe it's actually Maru. I recently got three events, Leah's third, Maru's first, and Sebastian's first - in that order. These are the current event IDS in my save...

Admittedly, it blows my 'in order' theory out the window... but those are the only three events I remember getting after getting Leah's second event to work.

 

Indeed, this is the biggest problem here. If everyone was in order it would be simple elimination but you have double digit event ideas and then giant ones.

 

I used to think that way too (that events are in numerical order) but Alex's case kind of disproves me on that.
Some -do- work that way (Like Marnie's, for instance), but others don't seem to work that way.

My theory is that ConcernedApe made certain events in certain orders-- then adding some as he see fit later.

BTW I haven't added more >A< and I've been playing the game as usual for a while, sorry! But thank you for the participation~

Yeah I'm trying to find the 10 heart event for Sam, mine got all wonky too! Maybe we can get this sorted out here~ I'll see if I can find anything in the morning.

And considering I end up pursuing Alex, I.....somewhat don't think I'll get to see that...

 

Thank you! Looks like it was in my list so I guess it did think I saw it even though I didn't (as I didn't have the crafting recipe...)

I'll have to look into other events that haven't been showing for me I guess :/

 

What is Evelyn's 4 heart scene ID? I must of skipped it and did NOT get the cookie recipe.... which I need for the achievement

For anyone who had problems with their Mermaid Pendants..

 

I BELIEVE I found Alex's 10 heart event, i edited my file and it worked to see the event again. the code is <int>911526</int>

 

Was gonna come here and post that myself before going to bed, you beat me to it!
I'm glad we're starting to compile all this in one area for everyone, so poor ol' Ape doesn't have to keep on answering us... *coughs*
