enjoying ur time?

So guys how is everyone feeling about the game? Enjoying ur time in game? Whats ur most fun or interesting moment so far?

I myself havent gotten terribly far into my planet yet mostly because not been to lucky on finding iron yet but i got alot of copper and have done some top side exploring minding my own biz come across couple hooded mobs with guns and a tent i stole from em hahaha... guess most interesting thing ive found so far is an outhouse that leads to a sewer where i met a mob made of poop lol..all in all about 7 hours in game so far and loving it... would like to hear other players experiences and thoughts on their first planet

 

Adore the game. My only worry is that I keep hearing people mentioning a wipe and that makes me hesitant to progress any more.

 

First planet was complete rubbish. All I did on that planet was murder a village of Glitch just for a Harmonica and Trumpet.

 

Make love, not war.

 

Forget that nonsense, it was worth murdering 20+ Glitch for two instruments that will be wiped out because of the new update.

 

I really like the Logo. So far its all what i have seen of the game...

 

I found 3 guitars and 1 accordion so far

 

We haven't lost progress with the 2 updates so far, you know. They said there -may- be lost data, it's not a given.

I found an ocarina, a keytar and a harmonica.

 

Bah, I'd honestly assume that the NEXT update will wipe out our saves.

 

Having a blast currently! I love exploring new worlds and it's making my play through much easier. Best moment so far is finding a huge market place / trading hub on a planet. Also the torture facility. That was interesting...

 

I have been playing on and off on my laptop, it runs great on Windows 8 and i have 0 problems except for a single crash. I absolutely adore the game, I couldn't be happier with it so far. I just hope the xp update comes out today so I can play on my desktop .

 

Love the game so far. Slower, calmer, more immersive, more challenging than Terraria.

Only complain is a lack of content in some ways (underground exploration has little but pockets of generic metals). But it's a beta, duh.

 

Again, it's just a warning, not a promise.

 

yup so be ready for the chance of your game progress being reset.

Yeah im playing on win7 game runs very well but when first loads it seems slow beyond the chucklefish logo tho its fast and smooth

 

Yeah ive made a few chars and cpl of my starter worlds have been lacking while others havent been.. i read one post where a player had a full village and all right at spawn... and to others about save wipes not sure of will wrk but will see i made back ups of all my saves player and planet to see if could hold on to them during wipes..

 

The wipes will be because there is a compatibility issue from one version to the next. You can save the files all you want, but they may not be usable beyond a certain point.
