Energy Shields

I'd love to see a few different types of hand held shields that're made out of energy instead of wood or metal.

I'm almost positive you guys are already on this, but just in case it's my suggestion for the day...

btw, yay for snow planets \o/

 

It's most likely there, what kind of Sci-Fi game is this without it.

 

Far just said they working on Shields to add more, It would be nice Energy Based Shields that create a Bubble around us, and not the main basic ones....

I have learned not to read posts at 7:40 AM thanks to yours. I could have sworn you had said "Energy Bacon Shields" and even though it may be tasty it would be quite ineffective. @.@ Darn my light-headedness of the morning!

 

They just started adding in art assets for shields this week. As with your post I hope there are energy type skins as well.
Bacon I don't think that's what he was getting at.

 

I know what he meant, what I mean is also similar just a more "futuristic shield"

 

I am pretty sure there's gonna be energy shields like the ones in the latest update they showed.
Bacon's idea 'bout 'bubble-shields' is pretty great, though.
that, of course, would mean that nothing goes in, or out...

 

This isn't really a suggestion, it's more like what you want.
And obviously there are going to be more types of shields.

 

I want customizable shields, bubble shields, wall shields, lethal shields, stuff like that (think minecraft MFFS)

I was thinking that they could glow bright neon and even work as a small radial light source, like a torch would.
