Closed Elevators - Missing, cannot craft

While they do show up on cities and other places around the map, there's no option to craft them on ANY of the crafting stations (I have them all fully upgraded as I am already on Aegisalt tier).

According to THIS page of the wiki, they SHOULD be craftable from the Wiring Station, but they aren't. And since the Wiring Table has no updates I presume either the Devs forgot to add it to the crafting list, or they're somewhere else.
