A space station called the 'D10'. (Cookie to anyone who gets this)

A headgear called the towel (which would certainly be more subtle than 42 being splashed across everything) - and a specific miniboss that has its AI disabled so long as you're wearing one.

A space colony called 'Armadillo' that has a quest to retrieve Herbert from the planet's moon.

Picking up 200 flowers gives an achievement called 'Marsten Effect'.

A space butterfly.

A tophat on a space helmet. Nuff said.

"Good morning, Dave. Oh, sorry, I got the wrong meatbag."

"I was going to name my mech Jennifer, but I was drunk." (Jenner written on one of the mechs, with 'if' slotted in with an arrow)

Yup, there is a giant easter egg crashed into a ship. They also put an easter egg in vice city, but it was hidden.
