Easter Egg within the character creator [3/6 found]

Well the Glitch head number 46 is the same helmet as Isaac Clark in Dead Space, dunno if that count for an easteregg

 

It doesn't, that would be a reference as it is not hidden. All easter eggs are triggered from entering a specific name.

 

Maybe there's something in the lore documents that'll help us.

Hmm, I am thinking. I think it is not something like Ape Flu Is No Joke. I think all of the clues will have something in common only they have. I would think that when you find the clue it's pretty darn obvious. Also can some code-now how check if the name checker can do spaces? Would help a lot.

 

Spaces, capitals and all punctuations make a difference; "I Found A Glitch" wouldn't work, "ifoundaglitch" wouldn't work either. Also, we can't really tell if the easter eggs are similar until we've found more than one, i.e. if 2 start with "IFoundA" we can kinda guess a pattern, likewise if we see there is an easter for both glitch and another race we can assume there'll be one for every race.

 

Well, spaces might not even be present. IFoundAGlitch suggests that spaces aren't going to be used in the easter eggs, although we don't have enough data to correctly make an assumption.

 

Did we ever consider the possibility that the IFoundAGlitch Easter Egg (which allows 11 helmets, a shirt, and a pair of pants for every species) has to be active before the others/next one(s) work?

 

We might consider win a bet with mollygos in order to get our hands on the rest of the easter eggs.

 

Ok.

IFoundAGlitch is relating to the robot species. When typed into the name space, it allows access to the robots basic tier 1 armor for the Char. creator. Im betting that the other five easter eggs contain at the very least the name of the species armor you view if it is entered correctly. And its case sensitive.

 

No durr.

The thing is, the Glitch works because it's a real everyday word.
What's gonna work for Floran and Hylotl?

Also, I don't even know about human, apex and avian.

Aaaaaaahhhhhh! Thank you for posting this! I was print-screening the loading animation one frame at a time... very frustrating, especially when you keep missing the frame you want by one! This saves me some time.

 

I noticed that the Apex introduction kinda alluded to the story of King Minos and the Minotaur (MiniKnog is an anagram of King Mino and a few parallels could be drawn, such as the sacrifice of people for science), so I tried inputting quite a few names related to the story into the generator.
I didn't get anything though, but I may have missed something. None of the major characters worked, such as Ariadne, Theseus, King Minos, Minotaur, Daedalus, Icarus, etc, and neither did any of the minor characters.
I'm out of ideas again.

 

We need to get the devs to play a small game of hot or cold with us. Maybe they won't give us the answers but we might manage a clue or two from what they say.

 

That's assuming they know. All we know for sure is that Tramsan and Tiy are in on it.
Solatrus might be as well.
