Outdated Dungeoneer Dungeons 0.7.6 - Enraged Pak File.

Adds new custom dungeons and micro-dungeons to the game.

I found the human scout outpost. However, it appears that one of the tiles, the high-tech ones, are incorrectly set as the foreground instead of the background, thus trapping everything (the ones in the top left I dug out myself). One guy (not pictured, since he's dead) spawned inside the floor. (image linked for size)

EDIT: It looks like this was already found and fixed earlier in the thread, sorry. The water tower was right next to it and it looks lovely.

Could you post pictures of it? I'm having a hard time finding one myself. I created it and can't find it hehehehe.

slight problem with the water tower though- the blocks at the bottom on the inside are blocking going up the stairs, and you can't drop past them when you're not ON the stairs. You might want to remove them.

Thanks for throwing the glitch one in. I'll see what other dungeons I can find in game.

A lot of world altering mods tend to claim they don't work with other world altering mods (ie. additional planet types). Does the same apply to this one?

Perhaps they're inexperienced? From what I've seen, this seems to use the "merge" functionality to make this more compatable with other world-altering mods, especially those that likewise make usage of the "merge" functionality (as long as they don't "overwrite" the dungeon list).

This mod doesn't alter any world configs but the dungeon white list, so it is compatible to all other mods.

not sure if it's just me, bad timing or what, but EVERY time I try and download your mod, I get an error after clicking the download button on mediafire, is there a possibility of getting a mirror link? 'cause I've only been able to download it once, and that was a few versions ago...and even that took most of the day(tried it, didn't work, did other stuff, came back after remembering about it, FINALLY worked)...

EDIT: Finally got it downloaded, Ignore me...man...no idea why it's so hard for me :/

So, I only have one question: Would adding more possible dungeons make it more likely for me to find dungeons? I hate wandering across world after world and finding nothing, only to find a planet with the only sign of habitation being a super high-tech bridge... with nothing else on the planet, or even further down.

If it does help increase the chance of finding SOMETHING, then I'll definitely take this mod.

You can also set the dungeons to spawn neaarby wher you land, i think its in the planetgen cant look it upmyself, you can also add thhese dungeons to other mod files so they appear more regular

I guess more dungeons means that eventually you will find one. Just go on bigger planets, there will be at least one big dungeon spawning.

I believe that all planets have at least one dungeon present on the surface, though they may be located halfway around the world. However, what this mod does is that it increases the "variety" of dungeons that players may encounter, not the "frequency" in which they appear per planet. Most planets will still have only one dungeon, with only the largest planets having, I'm guessing, two.

First off, I'd like to thank you for adding in those lakes. I plan on making them more common on the surface, but they should serve as nice obstacles for players to traverse. (By the way, have they ever appeared on the surface for you? I was having problems spotting them when I was trying to add them in.)

Secondly, have you played Terraria before? If so, then perhaps you're familiar with those deep chasms that are found in the Corruption? You know, those chasms that are so deep that falling into them would be fatal, yet are also too wide to jump over? Perhaps you could add those in as well? They can just be pockets of empty space that are dug into the ground, so that these chasms could connect to tunnels and caves that lie underground, though they'll need a backwall so that players can't escape from them by teleporting to their ship. Also, some of them could have treasure, spikes, and/or pools of water, lava, or acid lying at the bottom.

Finally, I've taken a quick peek at your code, and I noticed that it seems to be lacking in merge functionality with regards to the various microdungeon files. Perhaps we could experiment with the code to see if we can make this mod more cross-mod compatable? I've noticed that more people are getting into making their own (micro)dungeons (myself included), and I'd rather prefer if they could all be loaded together instead of overwriting eachother's files.
