Dual monitor glitch

I run two monitors, one 144hz, the other 75hz, both 1920x1080, Windows display set to extended, no spanning turned on in NVIDIA Control Panel.

If I set it to fullscreen or borderless the game displays on the opposite monitor with a non-responsive image on what used to be the primary monitor. If I move the mouse far enough on the opposite monitor the Windows cursor will pop into the game. Is there anyone to just get the game full screen or borderless on my primary monitor?

do you have any logs? you can find the file we're looking for in your starbound storage folder named either "starbound.log" or "starbound". if you have multiple files named "starbound.log", we need "starbound"
