What's the stat cap? Also, since Tyford' sanity will slowly decline throughout the RP, will I be able to take points out of sanity at certain milestones to put in room other stats? My thoughts were that as his sanity decreases, his intellect would increase.

Name- Sgt (ret.) Sean Gallagher Age- Early thirties Race- Human Appearance- Can be seen wearing a military-style jacket over a brightly coloured floral-print shirt; khaki pants, and 'stompy' steel toed boots. Might have had a military style haircut, but he has been letting his hair and beard grow out. Personality- Fairly laid back under normal circumstances, though he gets excited by the prospect of turning big things into many small things with explosives. Backstory- Formally a patriotic individual. He enlisted in the regime’s military after having bought into the rhetoric; that a strong government was necessary to maintain order in these ‘trying times’. After spending several years serving with distinction, he raised to the rank of sergeant in the engineering corps. When he was involved in his first ‘police action’ to shut down one of the rebellions, and experienced the regime’s brutality on the highest level, he was disgusted with himself and became disillusioned with the regime. He quit the military, and has decided to work privately as a mercenary, more then willing to take jobs that hurt the regime. Traits- Negative (3 needed) Outspoken- He is not a fan of the current regime, and is not afraid to voice his opinion on the matter; this will no doubt get him into trouble. Former Soldier- Despite his clear stance on the regime, the fact that he was a member of the regime’s armed forces is not lost on those he deals with. They may refuse to trust him. Guilt Complex- His involvement in a brutal strike against a rebellion has become of sore spot for him. His actions regularly haunt him. Neutral (1-3) Professionals have Standards- He follows a code of conduct, refusing to resort to torture, involve ‘non-combatants’, just to name a couple. Some may respect his code, it does restrict his options however. Bought and paid for- Once he signs a contract, he can be trusted to honour it; assuming the other party honours their side of the agreement. Positive(3) Combat Engineer- An expert with explosives and fortifications, both in construction and removal. Military Experience- Trained as a soldier, and having experience quelling rebellions, he is more then combat capable. Supply Stash- He has access to some weapons and explosives that he smuggled out of the armoury before he ’tendered his resignation’. Name- Mars Tokken Age- 43 Race- Floran Gender- Male appearance- Tall and jagged physicality, plume of red grass as hair overall similar to a smallish mohawk, greenish-yellow skin, naturally sad looking eyes, horizontal scar along his left temple from attempting magic, beastly built but not super athletic. personality- Quiet, clever, Mars likes to experiment with his magic sometimes but it also takes a toll on him and he tries to learn from these things as he tries to learn from everything, which is why he prefers to be quiet, observing, learning the best options presented to him and choosing what to pick. Although through Mars' kniving nature he is very kind and doesn't want other hurt when they don't deserve such. backstory- Mars grew up in the streets, he always thought there were better things in place for him in the future, he always experimented with his magic when he could manage to control it, learning new things to do with it and how to cope with the magic better, in his late 30's he started a secret school for young magic users to teach them how to control, not use, their magic so they may live their lives as normally as possible. At least it's sharp. other: Mars doesn't have many friends and spends most of his time at the bar if not doing his job.
