Downloaded Agressive Acorn mod, cannot get a config file

This is the mod I downloaded: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/3661

For some reason when I start the game, and play it, no config for the mod is generated. SMAPI clearly shows the mod being loaded, but no matter what I do, even unistalling and reinstalling the mod won't generate the config file. Is there something else I can try to generate one? There's a few things there I want to edit, but I can't without said file.

 

I just tried the mod, it created the config file as it should. Here's my local copy that was made. You should be able to unzup the config file and place it in the "AggressiveAcorns" folder
