Does anyone have plans for their home planet yet?

My plans are rather ambitious, turning an entire planet into an intergalactic zoo and garden, and collecting more and more species of everything. Along with that will of course be my base, but I don't know exactly where I'm going with that as far as design yet

 

I shall encase it in metal and create a Planetary Dyson Sphere.

And then I wake up, in my average bed. On my average homeworld. Because I was too lazy to do anything.

Random idea and completely insane.
Surface is ice, sub-zero temperatures. Always a light rain and strong winds.
Under the layer of ice, molten lava. Somehow.
Under the molten lava, thick layer of some metal, possibly tungsten.
Inside, it is hollow, with no light except for a dim glow given off by the population of echolocating phoenixes. But it just echoes everywhere, so they are pretty much blind.
Small core made of glass to keep gravity from being paradoxical.

I have no idea how this idea surfaced. But now I'm totally doing it.

 

I'll probably try to find some creepy planet with lots of bones, gravestones or something like that.
I'm hoping for a snowy halloween planet! ...kinda like Nightmare before Christmas.

I'll build some sort of castle on it out of explosive resistant materials and make it easy to defend.
I'll also outfit it with at least one of each machine type I can get my hands on. (Weather control, etc.)

Other than that I'm not sure yet!
If I can create Aurora Borealis with machines I'll probably do so if the said planet doesn't have them already.

I'll build an epic base that encompasses the entire planet. Then I will terraform any moons it has, and build biospheres to hold any mobs I capture.
It will have anti-asteroid lasers, anti-alien invasion :alien: lasers, and anti-everything else lasers.
I will also make thunderstorms every day.

 

I kinda wanna make a desert home, It will look all ancient like avian weapons, but be covered with high tech.

 

I am hoping for an incredibly dim spooky swamp planet that I can over industrialize. cap it off with crazy parasite zombies, strange temples, abandoned flooded cities, and more spooky drenched darkness. Maybe throw in some hyper aggressive native population with stealth technology and a psychotic hatred from my existence, and its good.

Just give me some spooky chalenge so I can steam roller later.

 

I am going to find an ice planet, name it Hoth and fend off the empire

 

1.1: Find a beautiful planet.
1.2: Carefully make a small home base there.
2.1: Find a junk planet.
2.2: Make it a dump
3.1: Find a mineral rich planet
3.2: Set up a slow auto-mining operation that can be quickly dismantled
4.1: Find planet full of trees
4.2: Make an automatic tree farm across the planet
5.1: Find a flat planet
5.2: Make a sprawling city there complete with districts and trams

 

My home planet will be made into my science facility where I will do science. I figure if there's books or some way to record information, I'll attempt to document a large amount of flora/fauna in it. I have an interesting thought about how collecting creatures for your home planet might work.

 

Probably a lake-side base. With a deck and a bench... for fishing reasons...

To the other side, my house, a little farm... a bit further the rocket facility (so i can go to the space station of course).
And walls. With turrets. Because of reasons....

 

Ya know "Fus Ro Dah" some stuff.............O and build a house, but mostly "Fus Ro Dah" some stuff. And make another house for mounts and such.

Create a small MASSIVE utopia, and then mod/use a parkour system and set up various challenges for my mates on steam.

I forsee many hilarious deaths at the hands of a single vine.

 

I'm going to make a city with shops, appartments, a bar, a zoo, fountains and tons of other stuff to make it like a city.

 

A massive bin with a state-of-the-art mansion inside.
