Didn't mention the Glitch. But every race uses stim packs, not just Apex. And stim packs don't make you high(unless, of clurse, they're filed with heroin). We have very little idea exactly what drysap is, even if we take a look at currently unused lore in the game. All that we understand is that it seems to be changing the Florans exposed to too much of it, perhaps being exposed to it at all, and that whatever it's doing, it's really, really bad.
