    The Stream group we have while "official" is still a community group. Not an Official group. I think Stream prevents to l those until a game is actually released.

    That steam group is actually ending, due to the admin being gone and no one else having his powers along with Starbound Dev's daily updates. So you're likely best to wait till the game comes out then join the group started then.
