Do the dungeons even have loot?

I mean sure, I'm happy to pick up these modern tech furniture, but there doesn't seem to be a loot chest of any sort in this dungeon, not even from the guys with guns. Are they simply not in the game yet? Am I just unlucky?

 

There's usually crates upon crates everywhere in the dungeon.

I've gone through a prison dungeon, and there was quite a bit to loot, but nothing spectacular (lvl 1 planet after all)

 

Still, kinda feels lame that I didn't even get guns :/

 

yeah, the stuff i get is kinda ... meh...

 

Yeah... Best stuff i got was a load of stimpacks. I also got a truckload of weapons, but as their name were implying, they were pretty useless.

 

I can't imagine guns being in Tier 1 at all. I went through an Apex compound and, while I do now have a rather fancy purple-level bonehammer, I have yet to encounter any guns even up to a level 10 planet. Might be a bit, but I will keep my eyes open.

 

I got a plasma pistol from a human dungeon, planet was like lvl 4 or something so its possible

The other option is go down deep and get nt

 

I've killed about 5 people with guns, and none have dropped a single one.
Sigh.

 

But are there any loot chests?

 

the first level 10 planet i went to had a avian airship filled with npc's one of witch sold guns and other weapons and blueprints. made the ufo fight way to easy though so if you want any sort of challenge vs him dont buy the guns..

 

Yes, they're literaly every where, lockers, desks, storage containers, crypts, those are ALL loot chests.

 

I found an abandoned Apex lab on a threat level 3 planet. After a crazy long jumping puzzle, I was rewarded with the Pulse Jump Tech, which is basically a double jump ability.

 

I got a trumpet near the entrance of a glitch place

 

The modern tech furniture sometimes are the chests. I remember in an Avian dungeon tombs had statues over them so I thought it's just a piece of furniture, but I pressed E once it started to glow and they were indeed loot chests, they just didn't look like one.
