Do any Merchants sell anything right now?

    Every merchant I've came across has had no items to sell. Is every merchant bugged or am I just getting bad luck with the bugged ones?

    Some do, you can see if they're wearing clothes they sell stuff.

    All the merchants I've found thus far have been clothed and stocked.

    Oh, that is how it works. I was wondering why so many of my avian merchants were nudists.
