No, you can give everyone a bouquet, but it doesn't matter anyway, you can only marry one of them. It doesn't matter if you can give them a bouquet or not, it just allows you to unlock their last 2 hearts.
But we don't even HAVE birthdays for them to forget? Really can only suggest Afterscores amazing divorce services, to be on topic. (Is it weird to use 'amazing' to describe divorce services?)
I tried to give all of the other choices a bouquet, and they were all at least 8 hearts, none would take it.... I had been planning on playing the field until I made up my mind on which one I liked most and now I apparently can't.
Not sure what's wrong, but I give everyone a bouquet at 8 hearts and they all accepted, but it was all before I got married. Maybe your game is glitched. Not sure what to tell you.
