sortil leans back to dodge the stab, and kicks the one who sliced him away, and leaps at him with the knife

 

The civilian grabs Sortil's face and pushes him away as he makes a break for the other direction.

 

"Hm, alrighty then. Let's do that."

He looks towards the source of the movement, his hand drifting down towards his holster.

 

He appears to have found some kind of checkpoint, it leads to the other district. There's some sort of riot going on, with a large group of people bunched up around the gate being held back by the guards. They don't look particularly pleased.

 

He wanders over to the...peaceful protest and approaches one of the nice people calmly negotiating with the guards.

 

Spike carefully goes to the war room

He keeps his sword at the ready and enters...

 

Zephyr looked around, her face emotionless as she observed the area.

Xael raised an eyebrow at her surroundings. "I wonder what this leads to," she wondered aloud, spinning her dagger on her finger.

 

Danger looks around as she hears her echo
"Very odd tunnel" She says quieter than she had before

 

"Alright," Hilary starts jogging, "I'll meet you guys at the fence!"

The civilian still manages to shove Sortil but burns his hand, as well as getting a large gash down his forearm.
He continues to try to run away.

The outside eerily quiet, as Spike approaches the air grows thin.
Through the door he finds Danny sprawled across a handful of chairs and partly laying on the table, he has a gunshot in his left collarbone and his lower torso.

The group's confusion only gets lost in the distance and they walk for what feels like forever.
A white shape begins to form in the darkness, it appears to be a wall.

 

Xael raised an eyebrow. "A dead end?" she asked, gazing forwards.

Sortik runs after him, and jump tackles him, taking out his legs from under him

 

Danger walks up to the wall to check it out

 

The tunnel is of rough-hewn stone, starkly contrasting the entrance. Nothing seems extraordinary about it.

 

He continues, keeping an eye out for any movement...

 

Tekari taps the nice man's shoulder.

 

John motions for you to say something. The crowd seems to be waiting.

He turns around, with a loud, "What?!?"

He sees none. The tunnel gently curves to the left. Danielle waits for your lead.

 

Tekari takes a step back, a bit startled by the man's sudden outburst. "Uhm..W-What's going on?
