She puts away the dirk, and it shrinks to the size of a pen knife, which she pockets. She wraps her arm around you, doing her best to support your massive (comparatively) body. She says, 'Come on, just a little further, we can make it.'
He continues shuffling along and looks up at the guards, tensing his calf to get a bit more blood flowing... *Huff... Huff...* "Took your sweet time getting here didn't you... *huff* Just to be clear... *Huhh* The situation's dealt with, but not without losses..."
Xael rushed to the door, sticking her head outside to see what was going on, her eyes widening when she saw the shells. "Guys we have to get out of here, now," she said, turning to the rest of the group, "the flames will be upon us soon and our best bet is to get across the river."
@Jakz The Ripper Thr booming of mortar and rocket fire thuds through the base, and John grabs Zephyr's shoulder to steady her. 'It's started!' He says in a sing-song voice. 'The city will be cleansed in flames!' He heads for the armory.
Zephyr grinned widly, following him. "Yes! Finally, can't wait to head out and blow some people up," she said with a small laugh.
They turn the corner and Danielle removes herself from you. 'We seriously need to hurry now, just run for the way we came in.
The station is a scene of complete chaos, no one cares enough to pay attention to you. You make it to the entrance without repercussions, the door slamming shut behind you, blocking out the noise. It's eerily quiet, besides the distant sound of detonations.

'We can't exactly go back the same way, the tunnel caved in, remember?' She starts heading back down the dusty corridor.
'I'll check the map.' She stops for a moment, scouring the map. 'Looks like we need to go further than before, we won't be able to make it to the same exit. We could shoulder through and go all the way to the entrance to the fort, but it would be a bit of a hastle. Better than having to run through the explosions though.'
