Resolved Disappearing Geodes

When using an stack of geodes in blacksmith I found my first relic piece, game took an moment to recognize it and closed the geode opening window by force. I went ahead and gave the relic to the museum, and went back to blacksmith only to find out that my whole stack of geodes had disappeared. They weren't technically in my inventory, as I was "holding" the stack of geodes in the window when it closed on me.
