I wasn't sure how to put it, and I wanted it to be lighthearted, but not too obscene that it was just straight up OMG I LOVE YOU blah blah blah. I wanted to make it as subtle as possible, but not to beat around the bush too much.

Yeeeeeaaaah. Its very weird. BUT, thats what i was going for anyways.

Also, I would like to know where the "lovey-dovey" feelings came from.
What made Mira have these feelings for Nezun?

Man, this feels like a soap opera.(An actually good soap opera mind you. Trust me, i've seen some baaaaad soap operas.)

 

Well, with Mira having no memory of her past, and most other species keeping distant (including other Floran), Mira became lonely; like most would, that or shun others and grow a hatred for them. When enslaved, things seemed bleak for Mira, and lo-and-behold, her saviour comes along. Nezun rallied the prisoners and became an inspirational figure to most; including Mira, and because of that, the survivors wanted Nezun to be their leader. Nezun showing compassion to all, including the shunned Mira without hesitation. Mira clings to that small strand of comfort that no one else had given her to her current memory, and from there that small feeling of comfort developed into much more. (I hope that makes sense.)
