Can i add a spike at the end of Colin's tail? I wanted the tail to be used as a wip, but I think it needs to be a little more usefull. And yes i'm (finaly) properly writing a post for the RP side.
Hail helix. Anyhow, Matt (my matesprit) has stated that he is not going to touch Derika until after college apps are over with--meaning November or possibly much later. He had the idea of moving this RP to another place with more active RPers though. So we can either attempt to revitalize Derika here, move this to another forum, or wait until Matt becomes active again. Thoughts?
How okay would Matt be with 1. and 2. option? Would he feel left out? If he would feel left out I would vote for 3. But if he is okay with it I would like us to continue here, and if need be go with 2. But i'm a little clingy for this site so I might not the right person to decide. Edit: And would the posts from the RP side stay if 2. hapens?
I'm fairly sure that if we can sufficiently keep Derika moving, then he'd be okay with it staying here. His main concern with it existing here is that there weren't a lot of RPers. As for moving, he wouldn't feel left out (I had already asked him if he was okay with it). He had wanted to move--just never got around to actually doing it. As for the RP posts that are here...they would at the very least, stay canon. Maybe we could throw in a link in the potential new location that goes back to here.
In case we do need to move to another site; what site would it be? Anyone know when a particular sheep might come online?
Phew. Current collab done. Sheep is busy with homework lately, so replies might not come as often. Either way, we're ready for a collab with you, MilkCalf. BTW, the crowd of people should have dispersed almost completely by this point, so it'll just be Anne, Clarisse, Kasey and Colin. EDIT: Also I grabbed Skullgrillz. I might like to arrange a meeting between Normal!Lesua and Annabelle sometimes for a gamer's meeting and stufff.
Lol, you are spot on with that one. I believe Matt made mention of moving this RP to the above site once or twice before due to the high quantity of active role players, but honestly, I wonder if it would be a smart move. Now, I know that it is the ideal site for accomplishing the goal in attracting lots of active role players, but I almost worry that it may become more of a curse than a blessing. Of course, I know that with more role players, the thread is less likely to go static, but with more active role players who are/could be used to constant posting and posters, I fear that those of us that are unable to stay consistently active and dedicate ourselves to posting 24/7, would find it hard to cope in the new setting. I have observed some the role plays on the Roleplayers Guild site and where as some may be more laid back, others are quite fast paced; especially the more interesting ones. I know that might come of a bit selfish of me, but that's just my opinion. However, don't get me wrong, I want whatever's best for this RP, since Derika is like a precious child to a good friend of mine. Therefore, if Matt, IceSolstice, and/or everyone else strongly support the idea of moving this roleplay to another forum, I will too. Baa~! Someone called for a sheep? I wouldn't say that quite yet. I believe Mattie mentioned in passing that he might just move the RP to a different forum in the distant or near future (depending on his busy schedule)? He may or may not have changed his mind since that conversation, but I would not rule the option out entirely.
Well, hopefully that happens. My roleplaying ability has been dying since the demise of this thread and the MC Forums Roleplaying section.
Good to see you cake! Derika is being moved. This site is pretty stagnant. I'm not looking for a big and active site per say, but this forum is dead silent.
Can I get a rough estimation of when this will be happening? I obviously don't check here too often, and I wouldn't want to miss it.
