Will the beta be available on steam on December forth or is it only coming out for the people that pre-ordered it?

I'm Playing modded skyrim and pokemon reborn until the 4th... Can't even enjoy gaming anymore! I NEED MAH BETA!

 

I will make sure to squat every bug I can find~! While also taking notes on how everything works! After all, I need to know everything I can if I plan to make a mod or texture pack~! I'll try to be the first one to give a modding tutorial~!

 

Cant wait to be a part of the beta community!
