Dark Disguise Mask Super Rare? (Or just for me?)

I spent the better part of the last few days searching for the Dark Disguise costume set.

I found 5 chests, 8 pants, and 7 capes before I found my first mask. It was a little crazy.

 

Either you are super unlucky or i was super lucky because i found two full sets on the surface of the first dark planet i explored.

 

I /spawnitem'd it just to prove to myself it was still in the game (I then deleted the spawned mask and spent several more hours searching for the "real" mask because....I'm crazy?)

 

Nah, actually finding one is more fun.

 

Interestingly I found the cape first and it is the only one till today. The Mask was the last part after having visited 12-15 Dark Biomes. Fortunately I love the new Scorched Planets a lot and am not afraid of visiting Volcanic Planets from time to time. The laser-sensors and mines are simply ace.

 

Ya for some reason the game does things where it loves to give out the same thing over and over I have the same problem trying to find plenty of pieces including the chestplate of the dark set while I have multiple of all the other pieces even though they all have the same chance to be in chests

 

I've only found a mask and a couple capes, and none of the other set pieces!
