This hat wouldn't really do anything except look cool and ideally occasionally say something in chat, e.g. "ONWARDS MIGHTY STEED!", "see that thing. you should kill it.", or "i can haz murder?", it should nestle in the top of the hair, the description would go something like "A little black blob of cute. Some people complain about it driving them to doing things like running around or making them kill everything nearby, but the blob says that you should KILL THE NON-BELIEVERS."
