It comes from a title he earned back in his own dimension.

 

Can we hear about it? It'd be something interesting to add to the backstory.

 

This is an odd RP so I might as well do go into a new territory. I've never had a female char so here goes. I'm gonna fail horribly aren't I?

Name: Cassidy Northern. Prefers Cass.
Age: 18
Race: Assumed to be human
Gender: Female
Appearance: Cass normally looks like a normal girl. She has long auburn har, brown eyes and tan skin. She's slightly skinny and shorter than average for a female. To work with her both forms, she wears tight fitting blue jeans and a red shirt with long sleeves.
In her more monsterous form Cass is twice as tall and her skin is coal black. Her long limbs have clawed fingers that are twice as long as her human ones.
Backstory: Cass lived with her family on their farm for 15 years untill her family eventually grew too afraid of her and drove her away. She survived on the wilds a few months before arriving to a city. There she lived untill earths destruction drove her away. She recently caught the attention of someone and was hunted and captured.

Positive Traits: Dexterous, parkourer, used to surviving in the wild, usually thinks carefully before acting.
(Human form) Her shorter body helps her dodge attacks and hide, her human appearance makes her easier to trust.
(Monster form) Longer reach, two times faster than in her human form, her looks may terrify enemies.

Neutral traits: Shy, rebellious, hates her looks being discussed

Negative Traits: Can become quite aggressive if offended, tries not to use her monster form.
(Monster form) Bigger target for attacks, may scare allies/friends and/or cause them to hate her.

Freakshow Ability: Cass was born wirth a supernatural ability to shapeshift into a monsterous humanoid form.

Backstory: "Death is but an inconvenience for me, and this seemed like a suitable diversion. Besides, this planet must hold a bountiful feast, and I crave its treasures. This seemed like the most direct way to gain access. Should I happen across any that stand in my way and wish this body harm, then I will not hesitate to rid them. Perhaps, they too may provide me with the sustenance I so crave..."

Positive Traits: skilled claw fighter. Razor sharp and very dense bone claws. Decent above average intelligence. Quite agile and good at dodging. Is very skilled at making the most from corpses (such as spine flails, rib throwing knives, femur blades)

Neutral traits: enjoys reciting tales from previous lives. His favorite robe is this really nice indigo with red swirls and silver trim with black onyx accents. His favorite food is brain.

Negative Traits: Is not totally against dying, and may give in if it's not worth the effort of staying alive. Unsettling form may be found unappealing to companions. His habits can be downright freaky, or even scary. He can be a hard person to trust. Archaic knowledge prohibits use or understanding of anything modern. Is a bit frail and may not be able to take a strong hit too well. Has slightly smaller field of vision. Is slightly near sighted. Can have difficulty discerning reality from hallucinations.

Freakshow Ability: Thy flesh consumed: he can consume any bio-matter and use it to regenerate any damaged tissue. His razor beak lined maw can easily puncture skulls to get to his favorite treat... The brain... The smarter the victim, the denser the brain, and the tastier it is... ("Geniuses are irresistible... I crave the flesh of their minds...")

once again I tried to make it balanced.

 

I'm not a GM or anything, but I just wanted to point out that having the appearance of a human doesn't exactly make you more or less trustworthy.

 

This crazy motherfucker stopped the Second Great Zettan War, for which he was granted the title of FaruZettaNivar, which translates to "Saviour of the Zettan Race"

 

Wich one would you trust more: Someone who looks like a human or someone who looks like a deadly beast? Everything is relative.

 

In Cue's case, a horrible abomination is probably more trustworthy looking than a bipedal humanoid...
"What kind of creature only has four limbs?! It's unsightly!"

Name: His name is Aton but everybody call him "This guy" even if they now his real name.
Age: Nobody know, even him.
Race: He used to be a human before he became this soulless thing.
Gender: Male
Appearance:He is faceless with only a mouth, with the shape of a normal guy. He is always wearing a black hoodie to hide is face, a jean and a pair of laced shoes.

Backstory:
Aton was a human like the others, normal.
What normal isn't the word.
He was fearing everything, and people laughed at him, he was weak and he was a coward.
He was killed in a space collision between his ship and a freighter.
After his dead, nobody know how, he came back but he wasn't the same. He was faceless with only a mouth.
He was hiding into spaceships, killing their crew by eating their soul.
But he never felt totally avenged of this world.
One day, he met a man who said that he was not afraid of his powers.
The man said him that he knew a place to show his powers, to show to the people their error when they were laughing at him, to terrify them.
Aton thought this was a good idea to go somewhere like this place so he can terrify people without always hiding.
That's how he got recruited by the Danver&Fernald's world of Entertainment.

Positive traits: Very fast (like VERY fast).

Neutral traits: Like to sing, like jokes about penguins.

Bad traits: Blinded, he can only see by echolocation so he cannot have a precise view of his environment.
He can't use his power for too long or he faint.
He get upset very fast.
He can not bear young children.
When he is upset, he is likely to do stupid things.
If he get injured, he will flee.

Freakshow talent: He can show the soul of people and even eat them. This is totally terrifying.
