Customizing armor and guns

Does anyone know how to use starcheat (or a similar program) to make custom appearing guns and armor? I went to a multiplayer server and saw a guy with custom Armor and I thought it was the coolest thing. Any help is appreciated greatly!

 

i want to do the same thing man. but no one seems to know how to fix the guns on starcheat or customize armor.

 

I know how to customize stats now the real trick is spriting them I don't know what program to use
