Custom-Painted Starbound shoes?

    I have a blank pair of Vans meant for custom painting and am thinking i should do a Starbound theme and give to the community. Would i be able to give them out to a random person, say like if i held a "contest" where the person were picked out of all the posts on this thread? Would i be allowed or are there rules against this?

    Exactly, depends on where you get it shipped but there could be a pretty big shipping cost.
