I've watched it, and rewatched it. It's somewhat of a classic in my opinion.

 

Oh. I just stumbled across it recently, actually. I don't usually have time to watch longer anime, so I tend to go for the shorter ones - that's one of the reasons I decided to watch it. I actually did a character design somewhat inspired by Pink Hair Lady (I forgot her name...), and posted it on Byte-Size Sketches a while ago.

I watched it when I was much younger, it was actually a rather helpful anime during my coming of age. I sympathized with the main character a lot as a kid, though I was much more open to having crushes on people. #hopelessromantic

Karo is his main character's name. I'm not quite sure of the significance of 'Apple' however.
