The crops are looking pretty nice. Looks like a hoe will be needed to work them.

 

We got corn. Now we need space cows and butter!

 

I wonder what different effects crops will have.

 

The crops are looking good, if familiarly terrestrial. I hope to see some alien crops as well!

I hope they get really creative with the crops. I would love to grow man eating plants for defenses for instance, maybe grow a spacesuit or some weapons? Grow a giant gourd and make it a house who knows.

PFFFT... This is seriously annoying. We have to have a thread for every tweet that includes a single image or 5 words related to Starbound? We need some kind of megathread for this kind of thing.
That was my intention with the Star Album Thread, but sometimes i am long time frames without being in the forums and cant post all images meanwhile.

I'm wondering if those bricks on the top of the house are made from the local dirt, since they are nearly the same color. It would be cool if the materials that you make stuff out of influences the color. Like if you have blue dirt and you make bricks outta it, it'll be blue. Though wood seems to be the same color all the time, I'd like some different colors of woods for aesthetic purposes.

Aside from that the farming looks fancy. I want space tomatoes. And I'm hoping said space tomatoes will mutate and try to eat you. It's not a game without plants that are trying to eat you.

 

I don't see anything wrong with having a thread for every pic. It's not like we have a dozen of these a day, and a single megathread for these would result in four or five different discussions at the same time, each for a different picture but with all the posts intermingled. I like discrete threads better.
