So, I've been binging on Starbound with my friends. I've been collecting like a mad-man. Critters and pets and fish oh my! But the thing is... How do critters work? Let's say, I go on a rampage and kill all the surface dwelling critters. I scare all the birds away. Will the critters respawn at any point? Is it a matter of time? Is it a matter of reopening my game? Are they dead forever? Also, is there any rarity to any specific critter? Will I see more of some, and less of others? http://starbounder.org/critter <-- This is where I got all of the things I know about critters. But it doesn't go in depth(That I am aware) about them in regards to spawning. Anyone got any clue? 'Cause I sure don't. I just know I think they're adorable and I wanna collect them all!
