Crewmembers in 1.x

Has anyone managed to get either a Fenerox, an Alpaca Guard, Frogg, Agaran or really any of the merchant or gatherer tenants as Crewmembers (Maggot Man, Fleshy Collector, ect)? I'd like to know if you do.

 

I personally would love to have Fenerox crew members.

 

Id love to have some crew members like that, give you that feel of equality in the universe. Unfortuntely I have not encountered any potential crew of such races.

In my case, I also used these, which allowed me to choose their headgear:

The npcs I recruited were duplicated and I couldn't make a Felin npc, so there might be some problems with the Create a Friend mod. I'll have to try it with the Carodonts later.

I do know you can get Fenerox tenants with dusty furniture, so I imagine if you make a bunch of houses near your base for them you might get some in plain vanilla.

I haven't tried to see if they join yet, but I have the urge to test this.

 

Dusty furniture? hrrm... that means I wont have to camp the Hub for hours in hopes of a Fenerox coming via portal, thank you!

 

I actually have been able to get Felins with Create-a-Friend.

However, Job Offers did NOT work at all with Super /sbg/ Race Mod... unless you just have to have it in the inventory to use it.
