Crew Member Crying?

So I noticed that one of my crew members was crying every once in a while or looked to be sad, how do I fix/help that?

 

Its likely because of one of the behavior types that any npc can have (its random what behavior type a npc ends up with, but once said npc has said behavior type they are locked with that forever).

Theres as far as i know no way to "fix" it. So just think of that crew member as a person that cries easily (for whatever reason, maybe she/he thinks about traumatic past events, who knows).
