I accidentally dismissed my crewmember by absent-mindedly clicking on the dismiss button while it was in my peripheral vision. My reflexes assumed it was the back button. With a yes/no popup, that wouldn't have happened.
I just did the same thing. It's very easy to accidentally click. Lost one of my favorite crew. This should have a confirmation attached to it.
+1 Happened to me as well while looking at the crew window for the first time after I've waited for ages to get some decent folks up.. Please add a confirmation window asap
Agree, I have done the same thing. It's really easy to absentmindedly click "dismiss" when what you're thinking is just that you want to close that screen. A confirmation screen would be very helpful.
Throwing my +1 on there too. Same thing happened to me. The 'Dismiss' button is so large, and is where one would logically have a 'back' button, so it's super easy to accidentally delete people. 3:
