Im annoyed by the fact that i need to deal with that my crew has funny uniforms, boring weapons and on planets surface being an annoyance, rahter than a teammate So i say the clothing needs to be editable by some kind of menu Just to give an xample; In that menu you can put your wedding dress, sweatshirt, lama suit, whatever to specific crew members and give them cooler weapons Done For the combat annoyances i have no idea, they work ok there The exploration with them is the annyoing part. They mostly just fall behind, break your immersion and teleport to you so you dont care about them after a while I would say that they should stick to the player as much as they can and teleport in the times its really necesary Thats all folks
