i noticed how there was made alot of ranged attack styles but how about making attack styles for those attack styles? for example the arrow that npc shot at the stream was big at start and then turned smaller then he changed it into arrow becomin larger the longer it was shot why not have both atack types? way more variation in the game

They're probably testing specific behaviors, in this case showcasing only the ranged attack behavior with the melee options disabled, so I'd expect them to have different behavior depending on how close you are and your tactics or some such in the final version. Edit: Watched some of the stream and Tiy was spawning and killing mobs without the behavior he set in the editor until he got what he needed, so specific behavior is indeed the case.
He was creating a sonic wave, we suggested it in chat. It starts small and widens, which causes it to fade as it goes further out, it also bounces. Anyhow, they're adding a LOT of different attacks and attack behavior, they're experimenting with a lot of things, most of which we haven't seen yet.
