Crashing problem

Hello, I’m new here and I wondered if anyone could offer some advice.
have been playing Stardew on and off for a while now but my most recent game, I’m 105 hours in.
Every now and again, the game will freeze for a second then crash and boot me out. This used to be every ten Stardew days or so but recently it’s been happening much more often, every third or fourth Stardew day. I lose that day’s progress so it’s frustrating but I do understand that it’s not the end of the world. It’s happened twice today already. I’m playing the iOS version on an iPad mini 3 and both iOS and the app are both up to date. Any ideas?

 

Something is definitely up. I have see a few iPad users start with the same issue you describe, but now the game won’t load past the menu. It just goes black. No word about a patch or a new version has been announced either.

 

I have SDV 1.4 and SVE 1.10.4 but only recently started freezing when I head to the mountains by robin's house.
