Bug/Issue Crash on item pickup

I dont think i can handle it anymore.

Once in awhile the game crashes when im picking up a weapon saying something like "Access violation..."
and its beginning to anoy me. Together with the annoying Kicked due to inactivity.

 

Happened to me 3 weeks ago, What i did was quickly log in and grab hold of the glitched item and trash it.

Now I can play again, but i'm worried about picking up another weapon :/

 

This is just 3rd time it happend to me

 

Happening to me too. If I do anything at all with any kind of flaming two-handed sword, I get an access violation.
It happens every time I try to interact with that specific kind of weapon, and it only started last night.
