I was in Full Screen / No Mods

Upon going through the second door to enter the boss fight I must've been holding down the crouch button and hit the spacebar to drop so my character fell through the floor and died instantly when he hit the floor and triggering the crash. When I restarted Starbound my character was on the ship and a few seconds later it ran the re-spawn animation. It all worked as intended afterwards.
