Does anyone know how to craft one? Looking up the wiki and patch notes, it says I should have learned how to craft Upgrade Modules when I picked one up, but I can't find any station that let's me do it. I have the core fragments and diamonds as well.
If your in 1.0 (currently unstable) i dont think you can craft them anymore. I belive you have to find them now days (or get them as rewards).
