Craftable roof bloks. everyone builds rooves. In fact it's one of the first things a player will try to do when setteling on there first world, and build a new dwelling. However the game FORCES players to troll the space ways just to steal other peoples rooves just so they can build on of there own. it makes no sense. Spending hours and hours of gameplay just to steal rooves block by block is not fun at all, and it's a simple enough fix. just add thatch and roof tiles to the "wooden crafting table's" crafting list. example recipies... 8 wicker <= 10 plant fibres. 5 thatch <= 10 plant fibres 4 roof tiles <= 5 cley there is no reason not to do this, as it would only improve gameplay and free up player creativity.
I second this one. Builders in the Starbound community apparently don't get much appreciation, since everyone is too busy doing hype trains over everything else except building, gardening and terraforming. I personally think it shouldn't only cover roof tiles, but all kind of tiles for adding a lot more creative freedom to the players that like this focus. (Not saying that furniture should all be craftable since that's what the 3D printer is here for) On a side note: You can craft roof tiles with clay in the furnace in the unstable/nightly build right now. Don't get too excited over it since building is very much the same.
