corrupted defense system

You are traveling around in space and notice a lot of destroyed space ships, escape pods, satellites, hangars, and a lot of space scrap around a totally mechanic planet (this could activate a side quest where you have to format, destroy or hack the main computer to deactivate the planet defense system) and when you are about to beam into the planet, lasers, missiles and bombs come from the planet.

Don't worry about your ship it used the automatic pilot system to avoid the shoots... or at least most...
In the planet you will find many drones scanning the area looking for you. Try to be not spotted or they will trigger the turret defenses (don't worry there will be not a giant laser like the one that tried to fry up your ship).
To make things even worse they have placed a big minefield around the main computer's hideout (this by the other hand, tells you that you have found the computer's hideout).

Now the hideout can be a tower or just an underground base of 5/8 floors.
When you reach the main computer's floor you have to talk to it and it will activate a boss which has to be beaten first before you format the computer (Have you ever tried to format a computer while somebody is attacking you with lasers and bombs?!).

Wow this sounds awesome. but i have one question.
Exactly how big is five eighths of a floor?

lol. jk. i know its 5-8 floors.

And for your information, yes. i have tried rebooting a computer while i was being attacked by bombs and missiles.

 

how lucky you were without anything blocking the shoots?

 

were you successful?

 

I guess mountaindew was unsuccessful those were his last words before the lasers got him... he did say he tried

as for the giant robotic planet i say yess! and may i suggest that when you have beamed down to the "planet" every block is locked so that you cant just dig around like crazy you must first turn of the main computer before you can take away blocks.

 

I prefer to format things with HIGH EXPLOSIVES.

 

That's a pretty cool idea, I'd like to see this. Like to just try to dig your way around wouldn't work either etc.. yeah it'd be cool
