found a planet with one of those weird apex crystal labs, and an underground outpost just right of it... just start heading in that direction, you'll hear it.

oh yea, forgot to mention it's at one of the outer edges of the universe

found one of the tallest avian towers i've ever seen on that purple planet next to it

no but there are plenty on my ship

i also retract my previous statement because i remember two strange beds about 2 thirds up the tower

 

Because there can be 2 types of tower, several types of avian microdungeons, 3 types of tombstones, and only one type avian village.

 

I'm going to take a wild guess and say your avatar is avian

 

My first is never being avian, it's always being floran.

sorry it's windows 7 64 bit. but I've found items with win 7 32 bit and and windows 8.1 coords as well.
and I too am looking for the banjo and the model M
I usually find a lot of instruments on magma planets though.
