Resolved Constant Error ~

    Yesterday Starbound was playable but for some reason every time I try and start up a game and sometimes even the launcher it returns this error to me, I for the life of me cannot get this game to work with or without any beta updates. Can someone please help me with this. I was using the Nightly update. I am running windows 8.

    Move your universe folder out of the Starbound directory and and re-launch the game.

    Ugh seems I have to restart all over.. my character caused game to not load since update. :( I was wearing the lamp back.. so it clearly broke the game lol

    The lantern stick was fixed some time ago (somehow this thread slipped by unnoticed, sorry!)

    Closing as resolved. You may have to delete your saves each time Nightly updates due to the changes that occur.
