Bug/Issue Constant Crashes Ever Since I Got A Crew Member

Ever since I got a crew member, I've been having these constant annoying crashes that have made progressing through the game extremely frustrating.
To be more precise, it started whenever they bugged and were loaded partially outside of the ship when I initially got them. After three crashes, I managed to run up to them, ask them to come with me, then beamed down to a planet.
This initially fixed the issue, but now it's returned without the crew member themselves exhibiting any sort of buggy behaviour.

EDIT: The latest patch appears to have fixed my issue, but it may be too soon to say for sure.

 

Had a friend report the same thing happening to her, as of today. (July 27 2016) I do not know if it's causing her game to crash however. She did say there were crew members half in and half out of her ship though.

EDIT: She also said that, "clicking them one by one and dropping down to a planet fixed it."

 

Ever since the last two patches the issue appears to have been fixed...but I still occasionally find my crew member lodged in the floor.
